Snacktime:
Apple Cookies: Slice apples into thin rings and remove the core. Spread peanut butter over one side of the ring. Top with almonds, walnuts, coconut, and chocolate chips
Fall Tree Snack: This fall lunchtime snack is super simple but extra crafty. All you need is pretzel sticks and cherry tomatoes to make your tree shaped snack.
Lunchtime:
- Squirrel Quesadilla: As cute as it is yummy, a squirrel shaped quesadilla makes for a delicious fall bite. All you need is a simple cheese quesadilla cut out with a squirrel cookie cutter. Since every squirrel is in search of nuts, you can mix in some with cranberries. Add in some fresh fruit and pumpkin seeds for a delicious side.
- French Toast Stick Lunch: For this fall lunchtime recipe, all you need is frozen french toast sticks for the main portion. Using a mandarin orange and a celery stem, you can make it look like a pumpkin. Add vanilla Greek yogurt with orange and red crystal sprinkles for an extra sweet treat.
- Cheese and Crackers: Cut the cheese with a cookie cutter for this quick and simple lunch. Dried apple chips and a pumpkin patch of chopped carrots make this one delicious lunch.
- Acorns Sandwich: You can make a couple of acorn sandwiches using an acorn cutter or your own handcraft. If you have Babybel cheese, cutting a maple leaf out is a cute addition. Add an organic granola bar with a scarecrow cupcake pick. Sides can include sugar snap peas, green and red grapes in a pumpkin silicon cup with a fall cupcake pick.
