Once you have toured and decided that Woodcrest Preschool is the right fit for your family, we are ready to help you with the enrollment process. As a matter of convenience, we have attached the enrollment forms necessary for you to fill out and turn into the Preschool Director before your child starts. In addition to the forms below, you will need to meet with the Preschool Director to fill out a contract based on your child’s schedule. Enrollment is only confirmed after a face to face meeting with the Preschool Director.
